When you’re first diving into wedding planning, one of the initial things you should do is to consider the locations where you envision hosting your wedding ceremony and reception. Are you imagining walking down the aisle outside and celebrating in a ballroom? Would you prefer for both your ceremony and reception to happen inside? When Kelly and Nick were answering these questions, they knew they wanted indoor and outdoor spaces they could love just in case the weather had other plans. And we’re so happy to share their beautiful indoor wedding day with you. 

Kelly and Nick kicked off their wedding day celebration by getting ready onsite. It allowed Kelly and her bridesmaids to enjoy hair and makeup in a relaxed setting. Nick was also able to have fun with his groomsmen before it was time to get dressed for the first look, which the couple shared outside on our patio. Even though the weather was a bit gloomy, the lighting was actually perfect!
As guests arrived to witness Kelly and Nick exchange their vows, they were seated inside the ballroom. Scarlet Kreations decked out the altar with plenty of candles to create an ultra-cozy atmosphere in front of the fireplace, which everyone loved. Once K and N were officially married, our team transformed the space for the reception while guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers during cocktail hour.

Kelly and Nick wanted the ballroom to exude a sense of understated elegance, so a modern sign paired with photos greeted guests to welcome them to the reception. Inside the space, guest tables featured a low centerpiece complete with lush pink roses and taper candles for a romantic touch. The sweetheart table was designed to stand out, so that was placed on a platform with an abundance of roses and candles. 

Once the reception was underway, everyone dined on a carefully curated menu created by our team, witnessed K and N share dances with their parents, and listened as their favorite people spoke about the relationships they share. Then it was time for Kelly and Nick to share our favorite moment of the night: a choreographed dance! Of course, everyone was ready to get on the dance floor right after. 

Kelly and Nick, we loved how you incorporated elegant, luxurious details into your wedding day and paired them with plenty of fun, unique touches. Our space is designed for you to make it your own, and you both did exactly that. Congratulations again!
