Cold Spark Machine - Permit Request

Two Week Lead Time Required!

This form is used to obtain a permit required by New Jersey fire prevention policy.

We will need all of the information in the form below. Copy of a valid COI required.

YOU are required to own a Class D Fire extinguisher and have on premise when using cold spark machines. If you do not have one you will be required to rent one from The Palace. Rental fee is $200.

What time will your cold spark machines be 100% set and ready for testing? This is when the fire inspector will arrive. If the fire inspector needs to make a return trip because you are not ready an additional permit fee may apply. (Typically one hour before the room opens for guests)*
