Of course, delicious fare is a major component of any unforgettable wedding. That’s why The Palace a Somerset Park is staffed with the finest chefs – including Executive Chef and Chaine des Rotisseurs member Justin Di Bianca. Unlike many other wedding facilities that charge additional premiums for truly complete menu packages, as a standard we include extensive cocktail receptions with elaborate cocktail stations, customizable dinner menus, gourmet wedding cake prepared by our in-house pastry chefs and elaborate Viennese Dessert Displays.
Wedding Party Suites
One of the most extraordinary features of The Palace are the spacious and luxurious suites. We intentionally designed these rooms so that our wedding parties would have the ultimate lounge areas. For those couples having a ceremony on site, you will have over 1,000 sq ft of space in your suite complete with multiple restrooms, floor length mirrors, make up chairs, steamers, lounge furniture, everything you will need to get ready for the big day.
